Job description

The successful candidate must have extensive experience designing and operating systems and services related to high-value financial transactions. Experience in highly regulated environments is essential, and familiarity with the packaging value chain is preferred. The candidate should be able to visualize how operational arrangements underpinning the pEPR scheme can develop and improve, guiding the packaging value chain towards success.

The role requires the ability to:

  1. Build relationships with diverse individuals;
  2. Become a key advisor and partner, fostering a positive, inclusive, and authentic organizational culture;
  3. Guide both internal teams and external stakeholders;
  4. Inspire and empower at all levels;
