Job Brief:

1. 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3-5 years as a Technical Lead
2. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical details across the organization
3. A deep understanding of the Scrum framework, including its roles, artifacts, and ceremonies
4. Proficiency in Agile methodologies beyond Scrum such as Kanban, Lean, and XP
5. Mastery in facilitation techniques
6. Experience with Digital Platforms & CRM – Sitecore or Sitefinity
7. Key exposure to consuming SaaS platforms or services and architectural awareness
8. Experience with Integration platforms – BizTalk, Node.js, and AngularJS
9. Exposure to cloud solutions on AWS or Google Cloud
