Location: Stevenage (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office, no flexibility on this requirement)

La Fosse is partnered exclusively with a leading organisation seeking multiple SC cleared Scrum Masters for a digital transformation programme.

The Role

Seeking experienced Scrum Masters to deliver large-scale recruitment and technology projects, facilitating agile delivery and collaboration among stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams in Agile principles and methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage Scrum teams with internal and external delivery partners.
• Support product owners with backlog management.
• Promote a positive, transparent, and collaborative environment.
• Remove obstacles to team progress.
• Coordinate between product teams, stakeholders, and the organisation.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices.
• Enhance service delivery within DevOps teams.

Key Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master or extensive Agile experience.
• Proven leadership in Agile teams and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Background in software development and service environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SC clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
