Scrum Master

Location: London (Hybrid)

Duration: 2 Months

Rate: £500 per day

Role Brief:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating Scrum Processes: Ensuring Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective are conducted effectively.
2. Coaching and Mentoring: Supporting the team in understanding and applying Agile principles, fostering an Agile mindset, and promoting continuous improvement.
3. Removing Impediments: Identifying and eliminating obstacles that hinder team progress, including internal and external blockers.
4. Supporting the Product Owner: Assisting with backlog management, prioritization, refinement, and user story estimation.
5. Ensuring Effective Communication: Facilitating smooth information flow within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
6. Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring Agile metrics like velocity and burn-down charts, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
7. Promoting a Collaborative Environment: Encouraging effective teamwork and conflict resolution to foster a productive work environment.
