The Role
We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join a dynamic team responsible for delivering large-scale recruitment and technology transformation projects. This role is central to driving agile delivery within a multidisciplinary environment, facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and support services.
As a Scrum Master, you will take ownership of the agile framework and practices, enabling the successful delivery of strategic milestones. You'll support a cross-functional team that includes both internal and external delivery partners, ensuring coordination and alignment across all project participants.
