You will support the team in the implementation of all requirements in close cooperation with the Product Owner.
You will take responsibility for continuously improving the effectiveness of the Scrum team by optimizing practices within the Scrum framework.
Together with your team and the Product Owner, you will ensure the definition of and compliance with standards and processes in agile project management.
You promote the dissemination and integration of agile principles, methods and techniques throughout the company and actively moderate Scrum ceremonies.
You will work proactively with the Product Owner, support project planning and execution and help maintain the product backlog.
You will be part of a cross-functional, self-organized team that works together to develop exceptional solutions for our customers.
Your profile
You have several years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable role - ideally in software development teams.
You are enthusiastic about agile and self-organized methods and have a deep understanding of Scrum theory and practice.
You prefer a direct and open communication style and treat your colleagues at all levels of the organization as equals.
You have strong facilitation and coaching skills and continuously develop teams.
You enjoy taking on responsibility, are self-confident and drive issues forward in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner.
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.

Collective agreement
According to the collective labour agreement, the gross annual salary is EUR 53,802.00. We are of course prepared to pay more depending on experience and qualifications.
