Job Description:

Scrum Master (IDAM Operations / the Joiner-Mover-Leaver Team) – Banking Client – Brussels

Duration: 6-12 months

Rate: flexible

IDAM Operations manages various day-to-day services and processes across different technology stacks (Sailpoint/CyberArk), including logical and privileged account lifecycle management and Joiner-Mover-Leaver activities, supporting IDAM stakeholders.

As a Scrum Master for the Joiner-Mover-Leaver Team, you will oversee the team responsible for end-to-end management of end-user access throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely and appropriate access rights.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of JML operators
  • Meeting operational targets and service levels
  • Supporting other teams within IDAM operations as needed
  • Promoting a "first time right" approach to ensure quality and compliance
  • Driving continuous improvement to mature the team
  • Providing monthly reports on demand and delivery, productivity, and performance
  • Managing stakeholder reporting (KPI/KRI)
  • Handling stakeholder escalations and ensuring client satisfaction and education
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies and prioritization of support and change activities

Qualifications include:

  • Experience leading hybrid teams across multiple locations
  • Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably financial services
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to re-prioritize based on criticality and urgency
