Job Title: Scrum Master with Financial Services Experience

We are seeking a Scrum Master with experience in Financial Services for an initial 12-month contract. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week on-site in Glasgow. The position is inside IR35 and will require working via an FCSA-accredited umbrella company.

Key Skills and Experience:

1. Supporting squad/agile team leaders in enabling work to flow through our established Lean-agile workflow.
2. Providing coaching and support to squad/agile team members to enable lean-agile thinking and adoption of the method.
3. Leading key lean-agile events within our delivery cadence, such as Daily Scrums, Retrospectives, and Planning sessions.
4. Upskilling teams in lean-agile tooling to support overall adoption of the method.
5. Supporting teams daily in executing key initiatives across our model.
