Job summary

Edenred is seeking a Scrum Master II to join hybrid teams in Swindon or London. You will guide Scrum practices, facilitate events, and help the organisation adopt Agile ways of working to unlock value.

The Scrum Master is accountable for the Scrum Team's effectiveness, removing obstacles and coaching the team towards continuous improvement in line with the Scrum Guide. Salary up to £72,000 pa + bonus.
