Job summary

Reset Health Limited is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide two agile development teams within our engineering group. The Live Platforms team delivers two-week sprint production releases, handles customer customisations, and resolves priority issues with a dedicated support engineer.

The AI development team focuses on new capabilities like patient assistant and clinical scribe, growing rapidly and needing strong facilitation and governance to preserve velocity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong facilitation skills to create collaborative environments and develop self-organizing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with agile metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as an agile coach for both delivery teams and stakeholders, encouraging adoption of the agile core values and principles.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including story refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product team and Client Programme Lead to groom the backlog and plan each production update.
• Use agile metrics (cycle time, velocity, burn-up/down charts) to track progress and promote transparency.
• Apply AI tools responsibly to deliver productivity benefits while maintaining full oversight.
• Assume responsibility for the Live Platform, including authority to review and challenge contributions from other teams that fail to align with agreed Quality Standards.
• Manage triage of Live Platform issues, arbitrate over prioritisation and escalating difficult issues to the senior technical team.
• Support the recruitment and training of engineers as we grow the team.
• Manage 2nd line support for technical issues as per the Global support Standard Operating Procedure.
• As we grow, help plan out how we’ll evolve Live Platforms to support our deployments in other timezones.
