We are hiring for Scrum Master - Driving Agile Delivery in Financial Services (API / CLOUD)

Location : Hybrid - 2-3 days in Knutsford Office

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and focused on delivering value.
• Effectively manage and maintain the change backlog, ensuring it is transparent, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Solid hands-on technical experience in building and implementing software solutions.
• Experience in software and solution design across distributed and integrated architectures.
• Proven experience working within the Banking Domain.

Certifications and technical skills: Scrum Master (CSM), API development fundamentals, Application Servers (Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat), Cloud deployment.
