Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master working with a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in using Scrum and agile practices effectively.
• Coach teams to focus on outcomes and delivering value for customers.
• Identify and remove impediments to help teams achieve their sprint goals.
• Support teams in becoming self-managing and maintaining a sustainable pace.
• Build shared understanding between developers and product owners.
• Support product owners with backlog management and refinement.
• Help facilitate effective product planning.
• Facilitate Scrum events, using timeboxes appropriately.
• Encourage collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Enable creative problem-solving and innovation.
• Foster an environment of trust, transparency and healthy conflict resolution.
• Work with other Scrum Masters to strengthen cross-team alignment.
• Coach the wider organisation in Scrum and agile practices.

Hours & Location

• Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday-Friday)
• Flexible hybrid policy with no fixed office days
• Many team members typically work in the office around three days a week.
