Salary: £57k. Package includes 10% lifestyle allowance, 10% Pension, 30 days holiday, 12-14% Bonus. Hybrid - Once a month in London.

About the Role

Are you a Scrum Master with a strong technical background and a sharp eye for data-driven decision-making? Then please read on! We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master who doesn’t just “facilitate agile” - you analyse, adapt, and elevate. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement by leveraging data insights to optimise already well-established agile processes. This is a UK based role, working for a very exciting FinTech, largely remote with once a month office visits in central London.

Responsibilities

As Scrum Master you will lead agile ceremonies and coach cross-functional teams on Scrum best practices, analyse team performance metrics, delivery data, and workflow patterns to identify bottlenecks and opportunities. You will use data to inform sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement strategies whilst partnering closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.

You will have

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master (3+ years), ideally in mid-to-large scale agile environments.
• Solid technical background - you understand developer workflows, tools, and can speak their language.
• Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with performance data, metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
• Experience leading or managing agile projects with measurable success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
