The Role:

As a Scrum Master, you will work within a team, managing business demands, coordinating product specifications, and resolving potential issues.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure project goals, scope, and product domains are understood by all team members.
• Remove blockers and help the team improve processes to prevent future issues.
• Implement Agile and Scrum best practices.
• Coordinate product specifications, sprints, meetings, demos, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Track progress and resolve potential issues.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum principles.
• Estimate deliverables for each iteration using reliable sources.
• Assist in writing effective user stories and breaking them into subtasks.
• Coordinate release processes with other departments.
• Help the Product Owner prepare the backlog for upcoming sprints.
• Monitor and address impediments to ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
• Document progress and communicate with management and stakeholders.
• Work with Test Lead to ensure appropriate testing of user stories.
• Produce sprint reports, such as burn down charts, burn up charts, and velocity metrics.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of SAFe framework
