We’re looking for a Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Manager on a 10-12 month fixed-term maternity contract. Be part of a fast-growing software company that’s disrupting the financial landscape!

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Actively manage and communicate the scope, timeline, and commitments of the team with the wider business.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices, ensuring a continuous focus on user story refinement.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring backlogs and sprint boards are always up to date.

Location: Central Manchester (2 days per week in office, one day being Thursday)
