To be successful as a Scrum Master, you will need:
- Certified ScrumMaster credentials, holding at least a CSM, PSM, or A-CSM accreditation, with experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
- A customer- and team-centric mindset, with a proven track record of delivering on business priorities and sprint goals while proactively identifying, managing, and removing blockers and impediments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering open collaboration within teams. Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and coaching abilities to support colleagues and enhance ways of working.

To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Accountabilities
- Manage change projects ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to keep them informed and aligned.
- Manage project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and skillset.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial plans.
- Create reports on project progress.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate change management activities like training and communication.
- Advise on decision-making, contribute to policy development, and collaborate across functions.
- Lead and coach teams, set objectives, and evaluate performance.
- Lead complex assignments, guiding teams and integrating cross-functional methodologies.
- Provide advice on complex issues and support resolution of escalated issues.
- Develop policies and procedures to support risk mitigation and control.
- Manage risks and strengthen controls related to work activities.
- Collaborate with other areas to align with business strategies.
- Analyze complex data to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly.
- Influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
