Job description

SCRUM Master

Looking for a SCRUM Master with exposure to full development life cycle and test driven development (TDD).

You will have strong experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies and possess solid people management skills. Ideally, you will be a SCRUM Master with a background in development management and have delivered N-Tier architecture projects in a Financial Services setting. Experience in a DevOps environment and in Banking and Digital applications would be highly beneficial.

Any experience in maturing a product landscape and mentoring others would be highly desirable. You must have strong 3rd party management skills. A good understanding of Target Operating Models would be ideal but is not essential. In return, you will have a great career path mapped out for you in a company that is transforming. Must have Financial Services experience, ideally in Wealth / Investment Management.

You would be expected to be in the office at least 1 day a week and can be based in London or Liverpool.
