Your Role in Action

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Scrum master within development teams (engineering, QA, product, or related roles).
  • Certification: At least one recognised Scrum/Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master).
  • Foundational Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles, Experience using Azure DevOps and using reporting tools
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt approaches to suit the needs of the team and organisation.
