Benefact Group is looking for a Scrum Master to join our Gloucester office.
Are you a Scrum Master who understands Agile ways of working? Are you a Servant-Leader who can facilitate change and drive delivery? Are you someone that can work with small teams and large programmes?
If yes, we are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Gloucester, with hybrid working between home and office to suit your routine. This is a key role in our journey to build technologies for our business across our Products. You will be working within our Group Technology department as a key member of the Scrum Master (ACE) Team using a variety of agile frameworks.
In this role, you will Scrum Master a team of Developers and Testers. Delivery is also key in this role, to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of a team focused on the successful and consistent delivery of value-added outcomes. You will work alongside Product Owners, Analysts, Development and Testing teams both internally and with external suppliers.
