Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, resolving blockers, and ensuring smooth delivery within an Agile framework.

You will work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to drive collaboration and shared commitment toward ART (Agile Release Train) and sprint objectives. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Facilitating PI Planning sessions to contribute to a successful and aligned ART.
  2. Collaborating with product owners to ensure features are clear and backlog items are properly prioritized.
  3. Fostering team collaboration and communication to align with sprint goals.
  4. Championing a culture of continuous improvement to enhance productivity and performance.
  5. Mentoring and coaching team members in Agile practices and principles.
  6. Ensuring teams follow Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies tailored to business needs.
  7. Sharing Agile and Scaled Agile practices across the organization to promote awareness and consistency.

Working for Leonardo as a Scrum Master offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company. Your leadership and agile mindset will help you build and lead high-performing, diverse teams to deliver successful outcomes. You should demonstrate:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Solid experience with SAFe methodology and knowledge of PI Planning.
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and their application based on team needs.
  • Experience leading teams through PI Planning sessions.

  • Experience adapting Agile techniques to meet specific business goals.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills focused on empowering teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles.
