An exciting opportunity in the Global Client Operations department has arisen for an individual eager to gain experience and build a career in the localisation industry.

As the Scripting & QC Services Project Coordinator, you will be part of a team managing localisation projects, ensuring high-quality standards for our major clients.

The role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, switching focus as needed. It is a fast-paced position that demands proactivity and effective communication with stakeholders. The ability to work under tight deadlines without losing focus is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting QC Specialists and Project Managers to deliver projects on time and meet quality standards.
2. Understanding pricing and billing procedures for QC Services and Scripting projects, ensuring compliance with VSI’s invoicing workflows for smooth supplier and client billing.
3. Training freelance QCers and onboarding for QC and verification services.
4. Addressing freelance supplier queries and escalating issues to the Line Manager when necessary.
5. Managing full project cycles for supplemental and scripting work from receipt to invoicing within OOONA, using client tools and internal processes.
6. Maintaining accurate project data within OOONA for reporting purposes.
7. Learning about other services to support the wider team as needed.
8. Participating in training and workshops.
9. Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks and supporting Project Managers as required.
