Job description

We are currently seeking a Flexographic Screen Printer, ideally with Flatbed Screen Printing experience. Candidates must have relevant printing experience. This full-time, long-term role is based in Syston. If interested, please apply.

Pay Rate:
  • £14.36 per hour
Working Hours:
  • 4 days a week
  • 7am to 5pm – Monday to Wednesday
  • 7am to 4.30pm - Thursday
Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality prints using flexographic, rotary, and flatbed screen printing machinery
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently, with minimal supervision
  • Manage screen, plate inventory, and ink stocks
  • Complete batch records accurately and legibly
  • Inspect printed work for quality and detail
  • Resolve machinery issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance standards and participate in process improvements
  • Represent the company professionally and behave in accordance with company standards
  • Undertake relevant training and personal development
Candidate Requirements:
