This development post enables you to gain knowledge, skills and competencies to progress to NMC registration on a defined pathway, through university course dates and practice placement days.

You will attain a Level 7 SCPHN qualification with support from Practice Assessors, embedding knowledge into clinical practice and preparing for leadership in public health nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver public health initiatives and care packages (e.g. Healthy Weight, behaviour support).
• Undertake health needs assessments and manage a caseload.
• Focus on high-impact areas of the Healthy Child Programme.
• Safeguard vulnerable children and lead quality improvement projects.
• Engage in clinical leadership, community engagement, and practice development.
