Devon County Council is seeking a School Nurse to join the corporate teams, covering a defined geographical area via the Single Point of Access Hub. The role leads shifting workloads and partners with community and statutory agencies to safeguard children and families in the community.

You will work with health professionals and frontline staff to deliver high-quality care, with flexible working patterns within service hours and access to development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Specialist Community Public Health Nursing degree in health visiting or school nursing.
• First level NMC registration.
• UK right to work.
• Active driving licence.
• Access to a car for the role.
• Masters level qualification (nice to have).

This School Nurse post sits within corporate teams at Devon County Council, with rostered work in the Single Point of Access Hub covering a defined geographical area. It is full time at 37.5 hours a week and requires an active driving licence with access to a car. Visa sponsorship is not offered, so applicants need the right to work in the UK.
