A leading community health provider in England is seeking a motivated Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join their Public Health Nursing team. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) to join our dynamic Public Health Nursing team. As a registered nurse with specialist public health training, the post holder will work with a defined population under the supervision of a Healthy Family Team Leader, contributing to the planning and delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. The role has a strong public health focus, supporting the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of children and families through early intervention, health promotion, and safeguarding practice.
