Job summary

UKCIL Ltd seeks a Personal Assistant to support a 10-year-old boy with Cubs and Scouts in Leeds. The role is 2 hours per week during term time, with pay at £13.23 per hour. The PA will help him participate in activities, ensuring he feels safe and included, and will engage in adventures alongside him.

Typical hours are Tuesday evenings 7pm-9pm, with possible changes to Thursdays. Driving and access to a car is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting children with SEND, autism or ADHD would be helpful.
• We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, enthusiastic and willing to build a positive relationship with him.

Responsibilities

• Support our 10 year old son to attend Cubs and soon Scouts.
• Help him feel safe and build a trusting relationship; assist him to take an active part in activities.
