The Subject Matter Expert for Scope 2 contributes technical expertise to develop standards and resources related to Scope 2 and corporate energy sourcing, integrating scientific research into actionable standards.
This role involves working closely with senior and cross-functional teams to ensure outputs are robust and aligned with best practices, embodying SBTi’s values and fostering a positive work culture.
This role is key in defining credible corporate sourcing of zero-carbon energy and integrating it into SBTi Standards.
Ideal candidates: dedicated, mission-driven individuals with expertise in renewable and zero-carbon energy concepts and standards.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based in London, with potential extension. Candidates must be legally permitted to work in the specified countries, as SBTi does not sponsor visas.
