Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise administrative processes for the Scoot project.
  • Support the Retail Support Assistant with timely delivery.
  • Represent Scoot in cross-functional meetings.
  • Track retailer credits/charges and sales performance.
  • Maintain oversight of retailer contracts and compliance.
  • Develop training materials for operational excellence.
  • Manage customer databases for Scoot equipment.
  • Prepare presentations and updates for stakeholders.

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scoot Support Manager to lead and evolve the administrative function of the Scoot project. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations, supports strategic initiatives, and acts as a key liaison between internal teams, retailers, and customers.

You'll be responsible for managing and refining core processes, overseeing communications, and ensuring compliance across all touchpoints. With line management responsibility for the Scoot Admin Assistant, you'll drive high standards and continuous improvement.
