Job Description

Graduating students with a science degree and some university or college immunoassay lab experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  1. Development and validation of immunoassay methods for quantitation of drugs and biomarkers.
  2. Work in accordance with SOPs and study documents.
  3. Apply these methods to routine analysis of samples from pre-clinical toxicology and clinical safety studies.
  4. Record keeping in compliance with GLP standards.
  5. Accurately communicate the outcomes of experiments.
  6. Suggest improvements for processes.
  7. Engage in personal development, seek training, and look for growth opportunities.
  8. Maintain a clean and respectful work environment, adhering to the Laboratory Charter.
  9. Be flexible and responsive to changing timelines, priorities, and requirements.
  10. Follow the Resolian Health and Safety Policy, paying attention to COSHH regulations in the lab.
  11. Complete mandatory training relevant to the role.
Education, Skills & Experience
  • Degree in biological sciences or equivalent relevant experience (essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail (essential).
  • Experience in a GXP accredited laboratory (desirable).
  • Familiarity with ELISA techniques (essential).
