What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and running a wide variety of scientific experiments, with full ownership once assigned
  • Analysing and interpreting experimental data, identifying next steps and future study designs
  • Preparing clear, accurate reports and presenting findings to both internal teams and external collaborators
  • Supporting routine data analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous quality control

What they’re looking for:

  • MSc/PhD in a relevant scientific discipline
  • Experience working in an industrial drug discovery or biotech environment
  • Proven ability to analyse, evaluate and draw conclusions from experimental data
  • Practical understanding of DMPK and biophysics techniques (ITC, SPR, etc.)
  • Ideally looking for someone with SPR, Surface Plasma Resinance, running compounds though SPR machine
  • Competent in scientific reporting, literature searches, and electronic data recording
  • Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and clear communication skills

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly collaborative, expert-led drug discovery team. You will get the chance to participate in a diverse range of engaging projects, with exposure to both established and emerging technologies.
