Job Opportunity: Scientist / Senior Scientist in Neuroscience

We are collaborating with a global preclinical CRO specializing in Neuroscience research, based in Sandwich, Kent. They are seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist to join their Epilepsy / Neurodegeneration research teams.

Role Overview:

This on-site, lab-based role involves developing and executing disease-relevant in vivo models to generate pharmacological and biological data for preclinical studies, primarily for biotech or pharma clients.

Working Hours: 7am – 3pm, 8am – 4pm, or 9am – 5pm, depending on lab needs.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Degree with significant lab-based experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, or a PhD in Biology, Pharmacology, Neuroscience, Veterinary Sciences, or a related field.
2. A Masters or PhD is advantageous but not essential.
3. 3-5 years' experience managing research projects and collaborative initiatives.
4. Expertise in designing, developing, and validating preclinical studies for efficacy profiling, including data analysis and report writing.
