Senior Scientific Engagement and Program Manager

Are you a strategic medical communications professional passionate about scientific engagement and program delivery? We’re seeking a Senior Scientific Engagement and Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact scientific engagement projects across multiple therapeutic areas. This is an excellent opportunity to drive medical communications excellence in a dynamic and cross-functional global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned brands/therapeutic areas, leading end-to-end delivery of scientific engagements and medical communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage internal and external stakeholders, and drive innovation through digital and virtual solutions.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, budget oversight, and full compliance with industry and company standards.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting activities.

Requirements:

• University degree in a life sciences field (advanced education desirable).
• 2–5 years’ experience in medical communications (agency or pharma).
• Proven track record in managing scientific engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language a plus).
• Experience in digital engagement strategies and cross-cultural environments.
