We’re seeking a Senior Scientific Engagement and Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact scientific engagement projects across multiple therapeutic areas. • Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, budget oversight, and full compliance with industry and company standards.

Requirements:

• University degree in a life sciences field (advanced education desirable).
• 2–5 years’ experience in medical communications (agency or pharma).
• Proven track record in managing scientific engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language a plus).
• Experience in digital engagement strategies and cross-cultural environments.
