What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage accredited Hematology/Oncology CME/CE activities across digital and live formats (e.g., multimedia modules, written summaries, expert commentaries).
Collaborate closely with faculty contributors, internal medical directors, and educational partners to ensure content reflects the latest clinical standards and therapeutic advancements in HemOnc.
Edit and refine medical content for clarity, scientific accuracy, and instructional value—ensuring alignment with educational objectives and learner needs.
Create supporting materials including PowerPoint slides, figures, and summary content to enhance clinician engagement and knowledge retention.
Monitor emerging trends, treatment guidelines, and clinical trial data in Hematology/Oncology and help translate them into impactful education.
Perform content reviews and fact-checking for scientific precision and compliance with CME/CE accreditation guidelines.
Support the planning and logistics for occasional live events, symposia, or faculty roundtables in the HemOnc space.
Who You Are:
A recent graduate or early-career professional with a PharmD, RN, NP, PA, PhD, or Bachelor’s in life sciences, public health, or clinical research.
You bring working knowledge of the oncology and/or hematology landscape—including key topics such as immunotherapy, targeted agents, CAR T-cell therapy, biomarkers, or blood cancer treatment algorithms.
Detail-oriented with strong medical editing, writing, and content structuring abilities. Familiarity with AMA style and adult learning principles is a plus.
A confident communicator who can adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiar with CME/CE content standards, especially ACCME regulations.
Excited to collaborate across functions and grow your expertise in a mission-driven team.
