Job summary

Pharmaron Liverpool is seeking a Scientific Associate III to join the Biologics Analytical Sciences team. You will perform analytical testing and contribute to method development for biological products, working alongside project leads in a collaborative setting.

The role offers exposure to immunoassays, molecular biology, and GMP analysis, with opportunities to advance skills across LC-MS, sequencing and other characterisation techniques in a dynamic lab environment.

Qualifications

• BSc, MSc or equivalent in a life sciences discipline.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical laboratory environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work to GMP/EHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing to support development and characterisation of biological products.
• Support analytical method development, optimisation, validation, transfer and application.
• Complete GMP and non-GMP testing and documentation accurately and within project timelines.
• Prepare, review and report scientific documentation and analytical results with a right-first-time approach.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, consumables and high housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide occasional out-of-hours cover when required.
