Science Tutor. Job in Ramsbottom Education & Training Jobs

Teachwise is currently looking for an experienced Science Tutor to work on a part-time basis at a secondary school in the Bury area. The role will involve working on a 1-1 basis with pupils in year 9 and year 10, helping and supporting them with their Science work.

You will need to have previous experience working as a Science tutor to secondary age pupils either from within a school or similar setting.

The position will start after Easter and will continue on a part-time basis until further notice. The tuition sessions will be in blocks of 3 hours.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience tutoring secondary age pupils in Science
• Ability to work on a 1-1 basis
• Familiarity with the Science curriculum
• Able to provide own resources
• Hold right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
• Available ASAP on a part-time basis
