Overview

and organised Science Technician to join our dynamic science faculty at Heathside Walton-on-Thames, an Ofsted-rated Outstanding secondary school. You will support teaching and learning by:

  • preparing and providing chemicals, equipment and materials for lessons
  • servicing laboratories, including cleaning of equipment between lessons
  • providing timely support to all teaching staff in the Science department
  • monitoring stock and supplies and undertaking administration tasks
  • helping ensure health and safety in the Science department

The role includes working alongside teachers to support learning in practical lessons and demonstrations.
