About Bristnall Hall Academy

Due to our increasing PAN and student numbers, we are excited to offer the opportunity to join our academy as our staff body continues to grow and support our larger year groups of 220 students. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Be organised with awareness of health & safety regulations and the ability to prioritise work tasks, with a drive to enhance students’ experience of secondary education.
  • Provide technical support to meet the needs of the Science Faculty.
  • Carry out academy maintenance duties in the proportion of hours set aside and aggregated for this purpose, including offering first aid assistance to students, under the direction of the Principal and reporting to the Area Leader for Science.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and be supported by a strong Senior Leadership Team.
Qualifications and profile
  • Good academic standard of general education to GCSE grade C/4 in English and Maths.
  • Good basic computer skills.
  • Experience of working with children in an education setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Ambitious professional with proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
