Science Technician
Permanent, Term Time, Full Time
Start Date: as soon as possible
Job ref: ST2025
Salary: Grade 3, Points 5-6 (Actual Salary £22,019)
FTE £25,783 - £26,193
37 hours per week, Term Time (38.6 weeks per year) plus 3 Professional Learning Days
Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch daily

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual who is keen to help students achieve the very best by helping teachers with their teaching of practical science. Responsibilities and requirements
  • Support teaching staff in practical science lessons and lab activities.
  • Ensure safety, readiness and maintenance of science laboratories and equipment.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering and safe handling of materials.
  • Adhere to school policies and contribute to a positive learning environment.
