Job summary

Education Matters Group is seeking a reliable Science Technician to join a secondary school in Greenwich on a full-time basis. The role involves preparing equipment for practical science lessons and keeping the lab organised and safe.

You will support teachers, perform routine safety checks, and assist with maintaining stock levels. Start date is September 2026; Enhanced DBS via Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Science Technician or in a laboratory setting is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of laboratory health and safety procedures.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
