Job summary

GSL Education is seeking a Science Technician to support a secondary school across Grays and Southend. The role involves preparing and maintaining science laboratories, ensuring health and safety compliance, and assisting teachers with demonstrations to enhance practical learning experiences.

The position is available ASAP, four days per week, with daily pay of £93–£120. A proactive, organised candidate who can work both independently and as part of a team will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a laboratory, science, or educational environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of laboratory health and safety procedures.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
