Overview

Job Title: Science Technician

Area: West Drayton, Hillingdon

Start Date: September 2025

Contract Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Salary: £103 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Brief description

Support science teaching and practical learning in a specialist secondary provision.

About the school

A specialist alternative provision for students aged 11-16 with SEMH needs. The school promotes hands-on, personalised learning and supports students unable to access mainstream education.

About the role

Provide technical support for science lessons, prepare materials and equipment, and ensure a safe and organised lab environment. Work closely with teaching staff to support practical delivery.

Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate would have:
