  • Support the Science department in all aspects of practical work and demonstrations; contribute to a supportive, friendly and professional environment.
  • Assist with laboratory preparation, safety checks and resource management to enable smooth delivery of science lessons.
  • Demonstrate a solid knowledge of science and a keen interest in working in a busy school environment; be flexible and actively seek opportunities to develop own learning to enhance the service provided.
Qualifications and requirements
  • You will have a recent Science related degree.
  • Have relevant lab-based experience (including experience during your university course).
  • A passion for science and the ability to pass this onto young learners.
  • Enhanced DBS up to date (or willingness to obtain one).
