Laisterdyke Leadership Academy is seeking a dedicated individual to provide tailored support to pupils, helping them succeed and engage with learning.

The role requires knowledge of health & safety in schools, COSHH regulations, and ICT proficiency to research and communicate effectively, along with the ability to guide students and teachers in practical activities.

Formación

• A Levels or NVQ3 in Laboratory and Associated Technical Activities (LATA) or NVQ3 for Laboratory Technicians in Education or Level 3 Certificate in Laboratory Technical Skills or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation as it relates to the work of a school.
• Knowledge of COSHH and ESCC regulations in relation to the safe handling and storage of chemicals.
• ICT skills to research, present and communicate effectively.
• The ability to offer professional guidance and assistance to students and teachers on the practical aspects of the curriculum.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tailored support to pupils to improve learning outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with teachers to support and develop learning and engagement.
