Salary: £150-£250 (based on experience)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Science educator with a passion for inspiring young minds? The Education Network is seeking a dynamicScience Teacherto join our committed and supportive team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 (with the potential to teach Key Stage 5).
  • Develop a deep understanding of students' learning needs and differentiate lessons accordingly.
  • Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, inquiry, and scientific thinking.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies and resources, including practical experiments, to enhance student learning.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and offering support to help students achieve their best.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to departmental initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development.
  • Uphold school policies related to safeguarding, student welfare, and health and safety.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A degree in a Science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • A passion for Science and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Experience teaching Science at the secondary school level (Key Stage 3 and 4).
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and GCSE Science requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
