St Mary’s Independent School in Colchester is seeking a passionate Science Teacher to join the Senior School on a 2.5 days-a-week schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday AM). You will deliver engaging science lessons and support pupils’ learning within a supportive, high-achieving independent school environment.

The role requires enthusiasm, a suitable teaching qualification in Science, and a commitment to safeguarding and pupil welfare as part of our mission and ethos.

Reporting to the Faculty Lead - STEM this position offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher with experience teaching Science. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, dynamic, and suitably qualified teacher who has a passion for Science and is excited by teaching and learning developments. This unique opportunity invites the successful applicant to work with other members of the Faculty and the wider School in supporting pupils in making a positive transition to develop, grow, and enrich their lives beyond their education at St Mary's.
