Aspire People is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in South West London. This exciting opportunity will allow you to ignite curiosity and foster a love of science in students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
* Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes scientific thinking and experimentation.
* Support students in developing their understanding across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
* Assess student progress and provide detailed, constructive feedback.
* Participate in science-focused extracurricular clubs, trips, and events.
Requirements:
* QTS or a relevant teaching qualification.
* Degree in a Science-related subject (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science).
* Experience teaching Science at KS3 & KS4.
* Excellent classroom management and the ability to inspire scientific inquiry.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
