Elementa is recruiting passionate Science Teachers for a range of permanent and long-term roles across Dorset secondary schools. You'll teach at Key Stage 3 and 4, with occasional Key Stage 5 opportunities in Biology, Chemistry or Physics, fostering curiosity and scientific thinking.

Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent is required; experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply. Roles are paid to scale (MPS + UPS) with full- and part-time options, and support throughout the recruitment

Competenze

• QTS or equivalent is required.
• Passion for Science and ability to inspire students.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
• Role involves KS3/KS4 teaching with possible KS5 opportunities.

Mansioni

• Teach engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Deliver Biology, Chemistry or Physics where appropriate.
• Create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress.
