Your New Role

We are seeking a passionate and resilient Science Teacher to join this SEMH school as soon as possible. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, adapting your teaching to meet the individual needs of students and supporting their academic and personal development.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Science at secondary level
  • A strong understanding of SEMH needs and a trauma-informed approach
  • Excellent classroom management and behaviour support skills
  • A commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
