Job description

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an engaging, hardworking, and experienced Science Teacher to work in a secondary school located on the outskirts of Scunthorpe.

The position requires a teacher proficient in classroom management and a strong deliverer of the curriculum. The school is known for maintaining high standards and aims for its staff to help pupils reach their full potential.

The role will start in September and may continue until the end of the school year.

The responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to students in KS3 - KS5.
• Motivating and encouraging students to participate and achieve their potential.
• Planning and preparing engaging lessons to ensure students are exam-ready.
• Implementing safeguarding and behavioural policies within the school.
